The
Philippine Council for Health Research
and Development (PCHRD) provides central direction and leadership to, as
well as coordination of, health S&T efforts. It formulates policies, plans,
programs, projects, and strategies for health S&T development; programs and
allocates government and external fund; and monitors R&D projects.
