Philippine Postal Corporation (PhlPost) Directory

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PhlPost) was created as a corporate body by virtue of RA 7353 otherwise known as “An Act creating the Philippine Postal Corporation, defining its power, functions and responsibilities, providing for regulation of the industry and for other purposes connected therewith.” It was authored by Congressman Eduardo P. Pilapil and signed into law by her excellency President Corazon C. Aquino on April 3, 1992. The law transformed the Philippine Postal Service from a government line agency into a self-sustaining and profit generating government owned or controlled corporation.
