The
Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is an agency under the
Office of the President which ensures that the economic, cultural and
educational aspects of film are effectively represented at home and abroad. It was established with the hopes of supporting Filipino
film makers who had the vision to create movies that would promote Filipino
culture and values.
